Martina Fenech
CMA, LC, CR, RPYT, RM, IIM-CFounder, CEO, and Director, Melodic Healings
Founder, Three Pillars Collective
Founder and Chair, Rise of Woman FoundationMartina provides integrative, sound based, and nervous system focused care that supports regulation, clarity, and long term coherence. Her work bridges physical, emotional, and experiential layers, offering clients structured support for resilience, integration, and sustainable nervous system health beyond the session itself.
As the founder and clinical director of Melodic Healings, Martina oversees the Three Pillars model and its standards of care, ensuring thoughtful coordination between practitioners and alignment across services. Her work reflects a synthesis of somatic awareness, sound based modalities, and nervous system education, grounded in both professional experience and long term relational continuity with clients.
Sessions with Martina are calm, intentional, and paced to support your nervous system rather than overwhelm it. You will not be asked to perform, share more than you are comfortable with, or push through discomfort.
Most sessions involve a combination of sound, stillness, gentle guidance, and grounded presence. The work is designed to help your body settle, your breathing soften, and your system come out of stress or overdrive. Some people notice physical relaxation right away, while others experience emotional clarity, mental quiet, or a sense of feeling more like themselves again.
Each session is structured but responsive. Martina pays close attention to how your body and nervous system are responding in real time and adjusts accordingly. The focus is not on intensity, but on creating enough safety and steadiness for meaningful change to occur naturally.
Many clients leave feeling more grounded, emotionally steady, and clear headed. Over time, this work can help you respond to stress more easily, recover more quickly, and carry a greater sense of balance into daily life.
No prior experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Guided by The Inner Instrument Method
with Martina
These one on one sessions are gentle yet powerful experiences designed to support nervous system regulation through sound, vibration, breath, and somatic awareness.
Developed by Martina, the Inner Instrument Method approaches the body as a living instrument. Within this system, the vagus nerve functions as the primary chord of the nervous system and plays an important role in the body’s ability to settle, regulate, and return to balance.
During the session, therapeutic sound instruments are placed on and around the body while Martina works with breath awareness, tone, and rhythm. The vibrations move through the body’s natural pathways, encouraging the nervous system to shift toward a calmer and more regulated state.
This is quiet, attentive work that allows the body to soften out of stress patterns and reconnect with its natural rhythm. Many people leave feeling deeply grounded, clear, and restored.
This is not a group sound bath. It is a private session focused on nervous system support and personal restoration.
These sessions support relaxation and nervous system balance and are not a substitute for medical care or diagnosis.

30 minutes, virtual, $55This virtual session offers gentle, supportive nervous system care through breath awareness, simple movement cues, and steady pacing. Katte’s approach emphasizes safety, consent, and adaptability, meeting the body where it is without pushing or forcing change.
The session begins with a brief check in and observation of breath patterns, allowing space to notice how stress, tension, or overwhelm may be showing up in the body. One or two accessible breath or movement practices are then introduced to support regulation, grounding, and a greater sense of internal steadiness.
Rather than correcting or controlling the breath, this work invites awareness and ease, helping the nervous system settle and reconnect with a more natural rhythm. Clients leave with simple guidance they can return to in daily life.
This offering is gentle, accessible, and well suited for those new to virtual wellness support, as well as those seeking regulation and clarity from the comfort of home.
Available January 26 through March 6.

Massage therapy at Three Pillars Collective is offered as a refined, individualized bodywork experience that supports both physical relief and nervous system regulation.
Each session begins with a brief conversation to understand what your body is asking for that day. Rather than following a fixed routine, the work is guided by attentive listening, skilled touch, and thoughtful pacing. Techniques may range from deeply therapeutic work to slower restorative approaches depending on your needs.
Our practitioners are trained to work with the nervous system as well as the muscles and connective tissue. Sessions may include elements such as gentle sound, breath awareness, or subtle pauses that allow the body to integrate the work and settle into a deeper state of ease.
The environment itself is intentionally designed to support restoration. Sessions are held in a quiet, carefully prepared space using natural linens and oils crafted in house. These botanical oils are slowly infused with high quality herbs and imported carrier oils selected for their purity and skin nourishment. The oils are an integral part of the treatment, supporting circulation, hydration, and overall comfort throughout the session.
Massage therapy may also incorporate supportive tools such as warm or cool stones, complementary red light therapy, and other restorative enhancements when appropriate.
For those who wish to deepen the experience, additional offerings may include focused foot treatments, body wraps, and other integrative elements that extend the benefits of the session.
The intention is not simply muscle relief, but helping the body return to a state of balance, comfort, and regulation.

Katte Nesler offers gentle, movement based sessions that help individuals reconnect with their body’s natural support systems. Her work integrates posture awareness, breath guidance, and therapeutic movement to restore stability through the core and pelvic foundation.
With more than a decade of experience in physical therapy and movement based care, Katte brings both clinical insight and a deeply compassionate approach to her sessions. Rather than forcing the body into correction, the work focuses on listening to the body, restoring alignment gradually, and supporting the nervous system throughout the process.
Sessions may include breathwork, guided movement, posture awareness, and gentle hands on support to help the body rebuild strength and coordination from the inside out. This work can be especially supportive for individuals experiencing pelvic tension, postural strain, core instability, or those seeking a more connected relationship with their body.
No prior yoga or movement experience is required. Sessions are slow, accessible, and adapted to each individual.
Three Pillars Collective offers integrative body-based and sound-supported sessions designed to promote nervous system regulation, structural balance, and emotional integration.
Sound and vibration influence the body through mechanical resonance and nervous system entrainment. Research supports the role of breath regulation and rhythmic stimulation in shifting the body from stress activation toward restorative states.
We do not diagnose disease through energetic testing or frequency scanning. We do not claim to extract toxins or clear pathology through non-validated devices. Our work is experiential, supportive, and grounded in physiology.
We believe clients deserve clarity about what is measurable, what is experiential, and what is complementary.
Our approach emphasizes education, consent, and self-regulation tools that can be integrated into daily life.
