Together, we believe meaningful wellness is built through collaboration, education, and care that remains grounded, intentional, and sustainable.

Founder, CEO & Clinical Director
Martina provides integrative, sound-based, and nervous system-focused care that supports regulation, clarity, and long-term resilience. Her work bridges physical, emotional, and experiential layers, helping clients reconnect with themselves through restorative experiences that encourage lasting nervous system health and whole-person wellbeing.
As Founder and Clinical Director of Melodic Healings and the Three Pillars Collective, Martina oversees the collaborative model of care, ensuring continuity, professional integrity, and thoughtful coordination between practitioners. Her work integrates therapeutic sound, nervous system education, somatic awareness, reflexology, energy-based practices, and restorative wellness to create individualized experiences that support meaningful and sustainable change.
Sessions are calm, intentional, and paced to meet your nervous system where it is. Through therapeutic sound, restorative stillness, gentle guidance, and individualized care, Martina helps create an environment where the body can settle, the mind can quiet, and the nervous system can shift from chronic stress toward greater regulation and resilience.
Clients often leave feeling more grounded, emotionally steady, mentally clear, and deeply restored. Over time, this work supports improved stress recovery, emotional balance, and a stronger connection between body, mind, and nervous system.
No prior experience is necessary. You are welcome exactly as you are.
