I have been trained and certified as a Master Reiki Practitioner, Vibrational Sound Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Reflexologist, Licensed Medical assistant, Esthetician, and Cosmetologist. Constantly learning and growing over the past 20 years, I have selected very specific tools for my belt and love going to work with them.

My spiritual journey started as early as I can remember with a fascination for nature and the magical things in life. As a little girl I had a pocket full of rocks and critters galore!!!! As I “came online” as a teen and my connection to spirit grew, it sparked an interest in channeling and reading cards for me, I became obsessed with the need to know all the ways I could connect to the heavens. I remember getting a book on astral travel at the age of 12 and me and my best friend at the time sitting in a dark room in her basement attempting to meditate ourselves into another dimension. Little did I know at that time that I was facilitating high level hypnosis and meditation. Through my teen years and twenties, I struggled, A lot! I mean ALOT. I had a tough time with relationships, which now I’m aware stemmed from the horrible anxiety I struggles with. I am what you would consider an Empath and a Highly Sensitive Human. I felt everything that was mine, and also not mine.

Being that I was so sensitive to the energy around me and other people's energy, I would drink and use other things to dull my senses, because I didn't want to feel as much as I did. In turn I numbed myself to the world around me.

Over the years I have done a lot of falling down and getting back up. Struggling with unhappy relationships and feeling I would never be good enough or be able to accomplish what I wanted to. Telling myself on more than one occasion “ok Martina this is it, you have finally lost your mind, time to call and get the straight jacket because woman you are insane!” So, I did research. I found a book about mindfulness and started following the cycles of the moon to balance my life.

Once I started focusing on how I felt, what I was thinking, how I could make myself feel joy and gratitude. If not all, at least most of the time. My whole world started to shift. I was seeing signs everywhere from the universe. I felt like Snow White with all the animals that crossed my path. I was receiving confirmation that I was doing exactly what I was meant to. Soon after I studied Reiki healing and energy work under an amazingly talented teacher Melissa Collingham. Being able to see, focus, and move energy in and around the body gave me a deeper understanding of the universe and how we all interact with it and each other. My love for reiki grew so strong over the years that I then became a certified Reiki Master in 2019, so that I can teach and pass on this amazingly powerful medicine. Which I found out paired wonderfully with the vibrational sound healing that I have been so drawn to and healed by.

With roots in the Appalachian Mountains, Malta, and Greece, I started to dive deeper into the world of plants and herbs. Something I found out my ancestors have been experts at for centuries. I don’t know why it didn’t occur to me sooner in life to do this, my mother is a phenomenal gardener and has the greenest thumb you have ever seen. Once again,

I was off on a hunt for knowledge. I started finding books on herbal medicine and healing. I went to the Great Lakes Herb Faire in Chelsea Michigan. I was totally enthralled, I took classes by renowned herbalists like Margi Flint for three days, I had notebooks full of notes, met amazing and talented men and woman of the herbal community. I really think it was then that I realized my calling to help educate, empower, heal, protect and as many people as I can, and I would do so with my unique and eclectic mixture of medicine for the soul. These among many other magical moments and instances has brought me here to this time in my life.

I am skilled, prepared, knowledgeable, and ready to share my gifts with other likeminded beings wanting to reconnect to the earth and the power within that we all have access to. I pride myself on my ability to create, and more importantly hold a safe and sacred space for you to blossom into your highest potential.
