Vibrational Group Sound Bath

You will be guided through a sound bath meditation designed to promote relaxation and personal exploration during this small group event. Martina will introduce different sounds and vibrations from sound bath instruments such as chimes, crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums and tuning forks. This cozy, customized session is designed for extra comfort and limited to 6 attendees. Includes hands on Reiki with individual sound healing for every participant (if desired).
