Join ALCHEMY Holistic Health for a "Community Sound Bath Fundraiser" held at Chelsea Strength & Conditioning (CSC) to raise critical funding for our local Mental Health resources. This hour of deep relaxation will include different sounds and vibrations from sound bath instruments.
ALL services and space are donated with ALL proceeds will go to local nonprofit, SRSLY Chelsea.
Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket or pillow, if desired. We will not have props available.
